Gran Viale
  This is the name of a wide tree-lined avenue that leads from the lagoon (Piazzale Santa Maria Elisabetta) on one side to the sea on the other. It can be defined the heart of the island as thousands of people pass through it every day and it houses all kinds of shops, restaurants, “pizzerie” and bars open till late at night.  
 
Il Lido è la località balneare meno affollata dell'Alto Adriatico. Se in passato era frequentata dalla nobiltà europea, oggi è l'ideale meta turistica per chi vuole abbinare il turismo culturale a una rilassante vacanza al mare.
