Lido Island homes the most ancient Jewish Cemetery in the world, as its oldest tombstones date from 1389. It is possible to view a series of medieval tombstones, chiselled in Hebrew. Guided tours of the Old Jewish Cemetery are possible with a previous booking, Saturdays and the Jewish holidays excluded.
